If a team member ever has a concern, we have multiple mechanisms in place to provide feedback and/or reach a resolution, including anonymous and attributed feedback loops, regular employee engagement surveys with associated action planning so that we continuously improve, and dedicated Human Resource Business Partners who lean in to support our employees and teams whenever an issue arises.
For clarity, Sikich offers Flexible Time Off (FTO) to all full-time exempt and full-time non-exempt employees. While there is no set accrual or limit, employees are encouraged to use time off in a way that balances rest, personal well-being, and client needs.
