Cons

Toxic and unprofessional leadership. Compensation is peanuts, way below the market. Severe problems in hiring skilled people. As a result average skill of technical people is way below from what you’d expect. Made almost 0 progress in a year, nowhere near having any significant advancement.

Rewarding work, management appreciates "constructive" feedback. The team has some very experienced and seasoned contributors. If you want to be challenged and feel like you can make a difference then this is the place.

Cons

SaaS and Software for "Small Business Health Care" is a challenging market segment. I had no idea it could be this challenging (read difficult to nearly impossible) to craft a value proposition that would connect with Dentists! AI is eating this market segment!
