Ownership on the projects is great.

Cons

Too much micromanagement in the team. They only care about results, doesn't matter how you get them and whether it makes sense or not. Too much groupism based on ethnicity and are not receptive of other people's opinion. Senior people in the company treat the juniors like they are in kindergarten. They also vent out their frustation on their juniors.

Rewarding work, management appreciates "constructive" feedback. The team has some very experienced and seasoned contributors. If you want to be challenged and feel like you can make a difference then this is the place.

Cons

SaaS and Software for "Small Business Health Care" is a challenging market segment. I had no idea it could be this challenging (read difficult to nearly impossible) to craft a value proposition that would connect with Dentists! AI is eating this market segment!
