Absolutely none. Some co-workers are nice.

Cons

Very very less pay. Zero WLB. More than half of the team sits in India and have no clue what they’re doing. CEO and his mindset sucks. He micromanages even the interns. Managers are all BS and HR is CEO’s puppet No growth No learning

Pros

Rewarding work, management appreciates "constructive" feedback. The team has some very experienced and seasoned contributors. If you want to be challenged and feel like you can make a difference then this is the place.

Cons

SaaS and Software for "Small Business Health Care" is a challenging market segment. I had no idea it could be this challenging (read difficult to nearly impossible) to craft a value proposition that would connect with Dentists! AI is eating this market segment!
