Pros

First off, they have some great products. Secondly, there are great people working here and they seem to be bringing on strong contributors all the time. They are very growth oriented and it is a very enthusiastic place to work. The focus is on results, not micromanagement. It is a fantastic place to come into every morning.

Cons

There are no issues with this company that jump out to me. Maybe the open floor plan of the office makes taking phone calls difficult at times but there are always conference rooms if you need one.

Rewarding work, management appreciates "constructive" feedback. The team has some very experienced and seasoned contributors. If you want to be challenged and feel like you can make a difference then this is the place.

Cons

SaaS and Software for "Small Business Health Care" is a challenging market segment. I had no idea it could be this challenging (read difficult to nearly impossible) to craft a value proposition that would connect with Dentists! AI is eating this market segment!
