      Medical benefits are good If you use the system time off, can be good.

      Cons

      Poor management no respect from HR or upper management ( we are all replaceable as their motto ) Pay scaling is as bad as the management buddy system&favoritism 3% raises of your luck, if your in the clicks you will way more
