This is a stable company and is a sign of a well-managed one. The company that recognizes hard work and provides opportunities to those who master their current role and demonstrate capabilities beyond it. This is a friendly place to work with helpful & cooperative peers. They don't micromanage.
Cons
The company struggles with change; slow to move even when they recognize change is needed and at times waits to change until there are threatening consequences. This is a risk adverse company that can hinder opportunities to innovate but at the same time, its the risk adverse nature that has helped them realize their financial success.
