Abusive management. Has no regard for family. No work/life balance. Ever changing schedule. Excessive demands of your time. They expect you to be on call even on scheduled days off. No guidance but will blame you for everything when things don't go right. They'll pay to relocate you here, but if it doesn't work out, you are in the middle of nowhere. Ask them how many managers have left the company in the past 12 months. It will be eye opening. Take a job here and you'll find out why the hard way. It may pay OK, but don't be fooled, it isn't worth it.
