Pros
Silgan is a great company to work for, they pay very competitively and the workload is tolerable. Lots of people are friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you. Everyone has been here for many years because they are a great company to work for. From the engineering aspect, it isn't a repetitive job and you are always designing something different every day, not a role you will get bored with or not enough to do.
Cons
The only con is that Silgan could have a better benefits package. They only have a high deductible HSA plan and would like to see a low deductible plan offered as well.
