Pros
Good pay, "Union shop" seams like you got two unions here older employees got it made new hires no so much.... 4 on maybe 4 off schedule.... nice when you get 4 off
Cons
4 days off are rare at times. Management currently has head up buttocks syndrome. Department Managers have no clue how to effectively man the plant. Mid-managers are trying to implement change however upper-management does not allow anything that might boost moral.
