Pros
If your starting out in the job market or just need something untill you find someplace better this place is alright. You get days off during the week and the schedule is mostly straight forward
Cons
You will work many weekends with the 12 hour shifts. The pay is substandard for what's expected. Your treated like a number rather than a person. 12 hour shifts can be tough and the jobs can be very manotinous. The health insurance is expensive and covers just about nothing. In order to use vacation time it's up to the employee to find thier own coverage for the time off, if you don't find it you are not expected to take it. They are redicuously strict on attendance which in this day and age of people doing as they please is understood but sometimes even the best employee can run into problems and might need a little break. This is not a place to retire from.
