Pros
Pay was higher than most factories in the area. Benefits were solid Overtime always available and mostly voluntary 12 hour shifts rotatong so easy to schedule appointments and have at least1 full weekend off a month.
Cons
Company does not care about employees, they are there to make the company money nothing more. Very hot Not always guaranteed breaks or meals,, although they're supposed to be every 2 hours Very strict point system1 minute late can cost you your job
