Pay for senior employees, takes 5 years to get to 100% pay. You start at 70% and no pension.
Cons
Supervisors are taught to be hostile, actual classes. They are trying to break the union. They are writing hundreds of write ups in my plant alone, so that they can get rid of the people who make 100% pay and that have pensions, and vacation time. This will save the Corporation money, now and down the road. They want to hire 70% workers for the first 5 years and no pension just 401k. They have wrote hundreds of procedures and this is how they are going to fire you. They are treating employees so bad that they actually put up signs stating no Firearms in Plant. You cannot use your cell phone, take pictures, record any audio, they don't want you to leave the building even though you don't get paid for lunch, and they have camera's that they claim are for security, you know like watching you go to the lunch room, or bathroom. Basically folks, don't come here we are under total lock down, and they don't want the outside world to know. They are willing to break the law, if it means saving money.
