12hr shift, 25.00 a hr with no support/confidence from management. Upper management gives no ownership to floor supervisors. I was there 12yrs, and the Rochelle plant went through 32 supervisors. Why I left: Example: Asked for a leave of absence, " during a layoff " DENIED. Silgan has lost 12yr experience, ran efficiently, safe, and most of all with the same goal in mind as Management. QUALITY + NUMBERS= SUCCESS.
