Cons
There's a lot of age discrimination towards young, bright eyed and ready to work hard employees that want to better the company and themselves. Older employees think their better than anyone under them (especially the women), they bully and talk down to younger employees because their insecure about themselves. Self entitled older employees only cares about themselves and not about the people they work with, the fate of the company or even the customers that provide Silgan with business. Silgan is arrogant with a "me, me, me" attitude which is truly sad because once a company has a terrible company culture it's hard to recover from that and Silgan is beyond terrible company culture.
