Pros
A good day to day job, for someone searching for long term employment at a union plant. The pay and benefits are good as a union employee.
Cons
Making the move to management there was a poor choice for me. The company is overrun by excessive management from plant closures. No room for promotion, and one must be a member of the "good old boys club" to make the climb.
