Pros
Decent pay, 4 days off, decent overtime availability, and for the most part, everybody except upper management is a good person.
Cons
No fault attendance policy. Ie the snowstorm jonas brought 20 something inches of snow to our area, foremen got calls from management saying not to come in but hourly employees didnt. So for me after getting stuck in the snow, I literally blew a head gasket in my truck trying to get to work. So now im down a car that the company wont help me repair because I was scared I was going to be penalized, and once you get to 10 absences within 1 year they can fire you. They dont accept doctors notes for absences. They weasle their way through contract loopholes. Management talks to hourly employees like they're stupid. Dont work here unless you are in desperate need of a job.
