      Work and off day used to have a good balance

      Cons

      No communication. Upper management give the impression that you don’t deserve to breathe the same air as they do. Disorganized. Not enough people to run the floor properly over worked most weekends off you are scheduled to work at least one day

      Executive leadership squeezes every last cent out of the entire chain of workers. 💸 Absolutely no fun allowed 🚫 Silgan (SLGN) pays out your non existent-bonuses and raises in the form of dividends to the all holy stockholders 🤡
