      Pros

      The hours are great. You get a lot of holidays off. You get vacation and sick days. The owner is very hands on and understands what is going on. They really want whats best for the residents. They understand that a good work life balance is key to happy employees.

      Cons

      Nothing that would make me not like working for Silver Tree.

      Excellent Training and Transition team! Home Office geta an A+++ for hospitality and promoting work life balance.

      Cons

      I have not experienced one flaw. Even residents love the upper managment team.

      Pros

      Excellent organization at the corporate level Helping give people great places to live great 401k strives to try and make a difference the residents are great people

      Cons

      Some regionals have no clue what managers are capable of doing to a portfolio. Workplace harassment by managers runs rampant, and workers are afraid to speak up. Residents are terrified they will get evicted. Hostile environment. Can't go to RVP because they go back and tell the manager—unfair work practices with managers and time clock abuse.
