The most employer centric comapny i have ever seen,
Worst place to ever work with, they took my original educational certificates for 18 months as per the so called contract(As they themselves know that no one is gonna work here for more than a month) i had to pay money to get my own documents back, VP in this company is to worst person I've ever seen or imagined in my professional life,he knows the best unrealistic and unprofessional ways to work and get the work done. To prove yourself here you need to slog for 12 hours which shows that you are dedicated and hard working. He was Less of a VP and more of a news reporter who was always interested into gossips.
i was less of an HR and more of a admin here. Talking to male employees here is an offence LOL ! It felt like a boarding school to me with no professionalism.No positive environment at all. Management need to know that taking leaves is the right of employee and a social support which the comapny is giving by providing leaves, so stop saying support !support ! by just granting emergency or sick leaves.
