Let me introduce myself as Keith Pacheco working in the capacity of Vice President – Legal and global compliance for Silverlink Technologies. Let me thank you for your comments however kindly allow me to respond to the below claim. In Silverlink we don’t have the process of waiting for any client confirmation to roll out any offer. Based on the project / assignment we have an in –house 2 series of interviews and based on which the offer is proposed which normally takes a period of 1-2 weeks hence we really cannot figure out why would our team wait for any client approval to release the offer.
