Some of our competitors have suffered major issues but our designs have been proven reliable as we scale. Leadership team has been around the block and brings deep experience and expertise to the table. We iterate quickly but make decisions on sound reasoning. Smart and capable coworkers, but with a super friendly atmosphere. Team always willing to lend a hand and share ideas. If you have an idea for a project we often find a way to make it happen. Cons
New York team culture can improve somewhat--if you're looking for a startup with lots of team-building outings and happy hours, we're not quite there yet. We work hard and sometimes objectives are not clearly defined. If you're a very task-oriented person who wants a regular 40hr rhythms, Simon may not be the place for you. Sometimes key roles go unfilled as our focus shifts. Product has a large surface area to accomplish the data challenges our customers face, so it can feel spread thin at times. Offices can be cramped and noisy but remote work options can help remediate.
