Pros

Everyone is truly bought in; this is a unique organization in which employees care a great deal about the outcome of their work and view themselves as part of an aligned team. The people here are brilliant and make coming to work every day exceptionally engaging and fun. A really awesome place to build your career if you're willing to work hard.

Cons

Honestly, no cons. It's a small environment and if you want to be a major contributor you have to be willing to roll up your sleeves and take matters into your own hands, but being able to do that with a sense of independence and direct contribution is actually one of the most rewarding parts of the experience.

Pros

- Great vision with our new AI functionalities - Great leadership that also focuses on your career growth and development - Fantastic work culture that encourages support and collaboration - Has a lot of different moving pieces as part of the platform, so there is always a constant cycle of learning

Cons

- Could be viewed as a fast paced working environment, but this is definitely a positive in my books if you are ambitious to learn and grow your skill set.

Pros

- Practical, customer-focused company that truly prioritizes delivering value - Opportunity to solve challenging business problems with AI end to end - Fast career growth and skill development across data, marketing, and all the real software systems companies are using these days - Healthy remote culture with balance, collaboration, and constant innovation - On Glassdoor, there's almost always leadership complaints, but in my opinion Simon AI has transparent and forward-looking leaders who are quick to adapt to trends. That's the nature of tech, and if they weren't this way, I think we would be out of business - Benefits / pay are great

Cons

- Fast pace can feel intense, especially when juggling multiple clients at once - As with any growing company, processes are still maturing and evolving - Requires comfort with ambiguity and self-direction (not the best fit for everyone)
