Pros

If you’re passionate about building tech, you won’t find a better group of people to work with. Across the board people are bought in, hard working, smart, and friendly into the bargain. I’ve been in the industry for a long time and never loved my job this much.

Cons

If you don’t learn through the baptism of fire and being thrown in the deep end, as startups go, Simon probably isn’t the place for you. It’s growing fast and it takes a person who’s comfortable with constant changes in tech, process, and structure to get it right at every step.

Pros

- Great vision with our new AI functionalities - Great leadership that also focuses on your career growth and development - Fantastic work culture that encourages support and collaboration - Has a lot of different moving pieces as part of the platform, so there is always a constant cycle of learning

Cons

- Could be viewed as a fast paced working environment, but this is definitely a positive in my books if you are ambitious to learn and grow your skill set.

Pros

- Practical, customer-focused company that truly prioritizes delivering value - Opportunity to solve challenging business problems with AI end to end - Fast career growth and skill development across data, marketing, and all the real software systems companies are using these days - Healthy remote culture with balance, collaboration, and constant innovation - On Glassdoor, there's almost always leadership complaints, but in my opinion Simon AI has transparent and forward-looking leaders who are quick to adapt to trends. That's the nature of tech, and if they weren't this way, I think we would be out of business - Benefits / pay are great

Cons

- Fast pace can feel intense, especially when juggling multiple clients at once - As with any growing company, processes are still maturing and evolving - Requires comfort with ambiguity and self-direction (not the best fit for everyone)
