Pros

I felt compelled to write a review because there are a number of employees who have either been let go or left on mutual terms recently, that have since come to Glassdoor to vent their frustration. At the end of the day, Simon is an amazing place to work. Disrupting a large market with a highly differentiated approach isn't easy. If that doesn't scare you and you like to work hard, you'll fit right in. If you expect your job to be a place that pampers you and doesn't expect you to push yourself and your teammates, this probably isn't the right fit. I've never felt more rewarded for my hard work than watching the company and team at Simon succeed. The product has been advancing at a blistering pace over the past few years. What matters to the business is that we can close and retain clients at a high rate, deliver meaningful value for them and create a space for our employees to grow. We're a 9 or 10 out of 10 in each of those categories. Sure, there are things we could do better. One thing I love about Simon is our willingness and ability to recognize those things and work to make a difference. As a technology company, this makes us a better business, and as a team, it makes us more cohesive. But, ultimately, it starts with the individual, so if you consider working here, ask yourself what you're really looking for in a job (i.e. just a paycheck and/or career potential). By the way, our CEO, Jason, and executive team are not racists or sexists (50% of our C-suite are women). It's easy to say baseless things online and hide behind the shroud of anonymity these forums create. It's harder to affect change around things like hiring a more diverse workforce. But, like every other challenge we face, the people who actually care about Simon, who still work here and who are committed to making it succeed are as committed to D&I as anyone you'll meet in life.

Cons

Disruption isn't for everyone. See above.

Pros

- Great vision with our new AI functionalities - Great leadership that also focuses on your career growth and development - Fantastic work culture that encourages support and collaboration - Has a lot of different moving pieces as part of the platform, so there is always a constant cycle of learning

Cons

- Could be viewed as a fast paced working environment, but this is definitely a positive in my books if you are ambitious to learn and grow your skill set.

Pros

- Practical, customer-focused company that truly prioritizes delivering value - Opportunity to solve challenging business problems with AI end to end - Fast career growth and skill development across data, marketing, and all the real software systems companies are using these days - Healthy remote culture with balance, collaboration, and constant innovation - On Glassdoor, there's almost always leadership complaints, but in my opinion Simon AI has transparent and forward-looking leaders who are quick to adapt to trends. That's the nature of tech, and if they weren't this way, I think we would be out of business - Benefits / pay are great

Cons

- Fast pace can feel intense, especially when juggling multiple clients at once - As with any growing company, processes are still maturing and evolving - Requires comfort with ambiguity and self-direction (not the best fit for everyone)
