Pros

- you will get to learn a lot and gain experience in a lot - some great people who will support and help you learn - unlimited pto & fully paid medical

Cons

The issue is that management cannot possibly grasp that they create a toxic culture that only supports those who blindly agree, never speak up on issues they see and extra points if you are a while male. You have to beg for a promotion else threaten to quit. your job is never what is listed but will include a ton of extra responsibilities that will not be considered as reason to give a promotion, nor considered when you ask for one, but instead seen as "proof of commitment to the vision". You either have to buy into drinking the kool-aid or get gaslit into believe you are the problem. There are pockets of great people, who will keep you sane but none of them are in positions of power. If you do raise problems, HR will not be on your side. HR truly believes if you're going to complain you should just leave, and will never be on the side of the employee. Leadership is unable to build or think strategically, and operates by knee-jerk reactions. Meaning you have to change direction on dine, and months of work can be thrown out the window at any second. Compensation is poor for the actual requirements of the job, you'll be over worked, under compensated and not promoted (unless you check the list from the top). Oh, and if you are a POC I'd be extra wary given that the investment in diversity has had no positive outcome and you will not be treated with respect or have a safe work environment. Minorities have provided ample feedback directly to leadership and HR. This company is looking to appear like it cares, but refuses to take responsibility or action.

We’re sorry your experience was less than great during your time here. A few of our values we strive to embody is that of ownership and learning + development. As a start up, our employees can expect to wear multiple hats and own multiple projects giving them the opportunity to grow within their roles. It’s always our hope that employees see this as a chance to learn and excel at Simon. As a company, we have also learned a lot in the last year. We’ve focused on improving processes, such as our performance management and compensation reviews, to ensure and encourage the growth and development for our employees. We’ve also introduced and implemented a new promotion cycle to further these efforts. When designing these processes, equity and inclusivity are always our top considerations. We are continually looking to improve and build a diverse and inclusive environment for our employees. We appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback.

Pros

- Great vision with our new AI functionalities - Great leadership that also focuses on your career growth and development - Fantastic work culture that encourages support and collaboration - Has a lot of different moving pieces as part of the platform, so there is always a constant cycle of learning

Cons

- Could be viewed as a fast paced working environment, but this is definitely a positive in my books if you are ambitious to learn and grow your skill set.

Pros

- Practical, customer-focused company that truly prioritizes delivering value - Opportunity to solve challenging business problems with AI end to end - Fast career growth and skill development across data, marketing, and all the real software systems companies are using these days - Healthy remote culture with balance, collaboration, and constant innovation - On Glassdoor, there's almost always leadership complaints, but in my opinion Simon AI has transparent and forward-looking leaders who are quick to adapt to trends. That's the nature of tech, and if they weren't this way, I think we would be out of business - Benefits / pay are great

Cons

- Fast pace can feel intense, especially when juggling multiple clients at once - As with any growing company, processes are still maturing and evolving - Requires comfort with ambiguity and self-direction (not the best fit for everyone)
