Pros
The Consultant team is great, very friendly and eager to learn and grow
Cons
Low diversity, Chicago team was setup without much planning, leadership was promoted quickly and have very little management experience. The company is experiencing significant churn, lot of dissatisfaction within the firm, lots of good consultants and managers have left. Chicago Office is struggling to recruit internally and is looking outside. Internal team well aware of bad management here. The firm claims to be entrepreneurial but it’s an excuse for not being organized. Still Touting digitization strategies from the early 2000s. Is trying to control attrition through meaningless changes like annual bonus vs. half year, etc. has no interest in making the workplace more desirable to work in.
