-Great culture, amazing people -Challenging, interesting work -Great growth and development possibilities -Once people have passed the trial period, you know they are good

Cons

-Management constantly over-promises to clients -Work-life balance pro was true when I started (4 years ago), not true anymore -Extremely long work hours in last years: team, office and project depending, but in my field and team, min. 70 hours -Frequent weekend work -Poor performance review process, often impacted by personal opinions -Poor salary and bonus scheme
