Pros

The Simons Foundation is a great place to work--in general, people are professional and kind, and there are good structural supports in the place. There are many opportunities to learn by attending various lectures and programs. Employee learning is encouraged and there is a generous 401k and donation matching program. Good work-life balance overall.

Cons

The salaries are lower than similar jobs at other places. Very traditional in some ways--WFH is not allowed more than one day a week. Company-wide, there is a bit of a trend of complacency--people do get spoiled and the pace of things can feel slow at times.

Great location with lots of benefits. Great staff and working environment.

Cons

Not too many cons, I guess the pay isn't a lot but it's good for it being a nonprofit, and they make up for it with the amount of benefits we receive.
