Growing rapidly can result in good opportunities but also challenges

There are no Pros now since the company sold and acquired a bankrupt company. No one in upper management knows what they are doing, yet want to tell people how to do their jobs that have been doing it for years.

The whole company is in ruins and I'm surprised they are still open.
