Pros
- Amazing team. Depending on which subgroup your in, and your team lead, micromanagement is non existent. Always given the opportunity to provide feedback and improve current processes. Radical candor, direct feedback, and transparency valued once, however, things have changed. Hoping we’ll get back there again, to the SP Culture that we preach, - Good benefits with flexible time off - Pay is fair at best and by no means “above market”. - company does seem to care about work life balance and mental health as they provide ”wellness days” - management generally tries to do the right thing. They say the right things at least, (still waiting to see if they follow thru)

- lack of transparency from management - poorly executed pricing increase - Dog policy is listed is incorrect, Dogs are NOT allowed in office, and was told this will not change. - Pay is a bit low for the area, especially with cost of living in LA increasing .
