Pros
I love this company. There's no other way to say it. There is an incredible feeling of equality and esprit de corps that I've never experienced elsewhere. The owner and President of the company is the most generous and kind person I've ever worked for. He truly cares about the happiness of his employees, and places ethical behavior above everything else. That ethos permeates the company and contributes directly to our success. I want to retire from here - in twenty years or so.
Cons
Frankly, I'm only putting something here because I have to. My one concern about the company is that the positive, family-like attitude of management may allow unproductive employee issues linger. Good people are taken care of - even if they aren't the most competent employees.
