      - Top-quality work for some of the leading business and financial clients around the world - Stellar reputation in the market that opens a lot of doors after you build experience - Get to work with (mostly) genuinely nice and exceptionally smart people - Firm tries very hard to ensure associates keep some form of work/life balance, especially when it comes to vacation coverage

      Cons

      - Long hours (but not much different from peers in NYC)

      Great team and leadership, amazing benefits / perks and good work life balance. Firm is growing fast which is also exciting.

      Cons

      Very behind on adoption of AI (though that's changing) and work can be a bit manual/repetitive and not super strategic. Also major disparities in work load across teams.
