      Sweatshop that prioritizes clients to the abuse of the lawyers. Weeks and months of 2-5 am work nights.

      Great team and leadership, amazing benefits / perks and good work life balance. Firm is growing fast which is also exciting.

      Cons

      Very behind on adoption of AI (though that's changing) and work can be a bit manual/repetitive and not super strategic. Also major disparities in work load across teams.
