      You have the opportunity to learn a lot here.

      Cons

      The staff attorneys are shown little respect and often treated like secretaries. There is no option for yearly raises. Comp is lower than other places with similar responsibility.

      Great team and leadership, amazing benefits / perks and good work life balance. Firm is growing fast which is also exciting.

      Cons

      Very behind on adoption of AI (though that's changing) and work can be a bit manual/repetitive and not super strategic. Also major disparities in work load across teams.
