Pros

Excellent faculty and staff. Everybody cares. Engaged student body. Beautiful surroundings. Great relationships among coworkers. Excellent classes and dedicated faculty.

Cons

The setting: Small town setting (too small for some). Limited access to civic resources. Not a lot of good restaurants or other amenities nearby. Bethel students on campus.

Beautiful campus in Northern CA with amazing, loving, talented faculty, staff and students.

Cons

Simpson continues to improve in spite of multiple setbacks (eg.Covid, state finance and cost). they are getting better every year with 13% growth as they continue to recruit people who are bought into the faith mission.

Very approachable, considerate staff & faculty

Cons

Underpaid. Worked just short of full time, which meant low pay and no benefits, as is the case with many adjuncts in the US sadly.
