Free tuition after working 1 year, 1 meal a day at the Cafe, great groundskeeper, and even better staff to work with.

Cons

no retirement, too few people in some departments, too many work studies doing professional work.

Beautiful campus in Northern CA with amazing, loving, talented faculty, staff and students.

Cons

Simpson continues to improve in spite of multiple setbacks (eg.Covid, state finance and cost). they are getting better every year with 13% growth as they continue to recruit people who are bought into the faith mission.

Very approachable, considerate staff & faculty

Underpaid. Worked just short of full time, which meant low pay and no benefits, as is the case with many adjuncts in the US sadly.
