The company piles work onto employees, instead of hiring an appropriate number of workers. I was asked to do twice the normal amount of work of others, then criticized for the quality of work. I was also told experience has nothing to do with management, and despite years on the job, was placed under someone with barely any experience. The station changed GMs four times in less than six years, and other management in the building seems to undergo a constant chance.
