Pros
The only pro is helping the residents there. No one seemed to have a voice there as staff so if you could at least help the residents have a voice then that is rewarding.
Cons
The absolute worst company I have ever worked for. Every person in management was deceitful. My supervisor was hateful and would do things that I should have taken her to court for. There was absolutely no support at this place and it affect my mental and physical health beyond words. A case was being built against our supervisor and then it was completely dropped and we had no support from anyone. I have so much hate for this company and the people who worked at the facility I was at. Life Enrichment is not a big department and yet six people quit in a year's time.
