I’m sorry to hear you had less than an exceptional experience while working at Singh. As a company, we work hard to maintain an environment that supports growth and emphasizes the importance of teamwork. I personally apologize if you felt any less than this during your time with us. We view our employees as our biggest asset and do our best to treat them so. We encourage different opinions, and suggestions for improvement. We constantly benchmark our benefits offerings, and offer a very competitive benefit program to our employees; in fact, we pay the majority of the cost of medical insurance for our employees.
