      Full-time has great benefits. PTO is acquired fast and management lets you use it when needed.

      Cons

      Everyday is the same. Residents are allowed to be rude and disrespectful with no consequences. Work as hard as the manager or harder and no raises or bonus. Management gets bonuses every 3 months, plus raises every year. If you get HR involved in an issue just kiss advancement good-bye.

      managers are either great or terrible, most of them are unqualified. the regionals are very stressed and often overloaded and hard to get in touch with
