      The residents and some very dedicated coworkers

      Cons

      Favoritism, poor management decisions, below industry standards for benefits and wages, pushing people and threatening their job to get them to work for free (salary employee). 60 hr work weeks and no recognition for the dedication and effort put forth by employees.

      managers are either great or terrible, most of them are unqualified. the regionals are very stressed and often overloaded and hard to get in touch with
