      Pros

      Bagels on Tuesdays are nice.

      Cons

      Poor management, unhelpful HR. Can be a hostile workplace at times. Favoritism is open and rampant. Senior management is entirely hands off. Bonuses are promised and not delivered. There are some really great employees here that genuinely want to see the company succeed and grow, but are stifled by proxy management.

      Great owners, great leasing staff, good pay and commission structure

      Cons

      managers are either great or terrible, most of them are unqualified. the regionals are very stressed and often overloaded and hard to get in touch with
