Pros
You have the opportunity to work as many hours as you can handle. The residents become like family. You look foreword to seeing them every day! I'd recommend this job if you're looking to get into nursing or are wanting to get trained in a kitchen.
Cons
Drama between employees, management plays favorites. Company drug tests but a lot of employees smoke pot and other drugs. (I guess that could be a pro for some). Because you do become close with the residents, it's difficult to see incompetent workers still being employed after injuring or not giving proper care to residents. Open 24/7 weekends and holidays. Low hourly wage, lots of responsibility.
