The system allows for Self-scheduling, through which the nursing staff chooses their schedule. Management is supportive. There is ample opportunity for advancement. Staff nurses are able to care for dynamic patient populations and can choose to participate in a variety of educational offerings. We enjoy competitive benefits. Probably the greatest part of working for singing river health system is my co-workers! We have highly skilled nursing teams who work together as a family.
