Good coworkers, understanding manager, occasional freebees.

Cons

Purposefully understaffed to save money. Pays employees next to nothing for what they do and makes up for it with free stale popcorn. ILLEGALLY forces employees to agree not to discuss their wages under threat of termination which is egregiously illegal in all 50 states under any circumstance. Workers' rights to discuss their wages CANNOT be signed away. Operates as though it is the employees' problem that the system is low on funds and poorly managed. Cannot take things up with HR as they do not care and are a part of the problem.
