Cons

The entire system is built on favoritism and bias. Advancement depends on who you know, not what you contribute. Genuine effort and skill mean nothing when the same few faces keep getting rewarded for doing little to nothing. It is infuriating to watch talented, hardworking people walk away because the company refuses to value merit. Working here feels like being trapped in a place where ambition dies and mediocrity thrives.
