Pros

- Decent benefits. They have changed since Covid times. No retirement plans (ex. 401k matching, etc). - Work is interesting - and there's plenty to go around.

Cons

- Transparently opaque with what is going on with the company. Communication is a continual mess with different streams coming from marketing, engineering, the executive team, etc. - High turnover (including layoffs that happened this year). - Understaffed departments. Work more with less. - Company core values are uninspiring and limiting. - Growing pains. - Executive hires are mostly external and rarely internal. - Heads-down culture. - Poor documentation. Tribal knowledge across different departments.

Cons

Focus on creating a culture where employees feel respected, supported, and valued. Take employee feedback seriously and hold managers and team leads accountable for how they interact with their teams. When employees raise concerns or ask for support, ensure those issues are addressed with meaningful action rather than being overlooked. Better communication, transparency, and leadership accountability would help build trust, improve morale, and strengthen employee retention.
