Pros

- Great Pay - Growing Company - No Micromanaging - Independent Working Style -Diversity is important -Nice and Intelligent Management -CEO's value's matches with mine

Cons

There are a lot of internal project management issues that I am noticing. There's no clear system to track and receive asks. There's also not a ton of internal support or training. HR does a great job of the company aspect, but once you are in your role there isn't a ton of training in that aspect. It's a teeny disorganized than other places I have worked, but if you organize yourself really well-you will be able to get the hang of it. The only other thing is that people are so intelligent (which is amazing when you want to learn) here that they tend to overcomplicate things, as long as you know how to simplify the asks and show the why behind it most people are receptive!

Cons

Focus on creating a culture where employees feel respected, supported, and valued. Take employee feedback seriously and hold managers and team leads accountable for how they interact with their teams. When employees raise concerns or ask for support, ensure those issues are addressed with meaningful action rather than being overlooked. Better communication, transparency, and leadership accountability would help build trust, improve morale, and strengthen employee retention.
