Pros

Professional, politics-free company. We have a hard working Management Team that keeps their communication lines open for everyone. Cutting edge technology. But products remain user-friendly. WFH setup. However, we do gather for team building events regularly. Solid team with amazing background and experience. I can always count on them to deliver. Good career path. It’s great to be in a company where my ideas come to life. Multinational company. The company also has offices in Asia and Europe. World-class compensation and benefits. These include: dental/medical/vision insurance, disability / life insurance, equipment stipend, family formation reimbursement, mental health counseling, monthly mobile and internet stipend, retirement, and stock grants.

Cons

There’s no job without any challenges. You just have to be diligent enough to do your own homework so you can surpass these tests.

Cons

Focus on creating a culture where employees feel respected, supported, and valued. When employees raise concerns or ask for support, ensure those issues are addressed with meaningful action rather than being overlooked. Better communication, transparency, and leadership accountability would help build trust, improve morale, and strengthen employee retention.
